Our statement of purpose: This youth ministry exists to REACH non-believing students and TEACH them how to grow in their faith, to ENCOURAGE students and RELEASE the growing into ministry opportunities that will develop a life of WORSHIP.

The Youth Department and Youth Workers are committed to providing teaching, discipleship, missions exposure--and just plain fun--for young people in 6th through 12th grade in a variety of exciting settings throughout the year!

Powerhouse Youth Service
Experience a night of focusing on worship and the Word of God. Powerhouse Youth Service is a time to draw near to God and allow him to work powerfully in your life! Students in 6th through 12th grade meet together for a high-energy worship service in the R.E. Book Youth Center, then break out into smaller groups. Powerhouse Youth meets on Sunday nights at 6:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays nights at 7:00 p.m. both in the R.E. Book Youth Center.

Youth Find-a-Friend
Join us on the first and third Sunday night of every month for a time just to hang out and enjoy other students company. We meet at a different restaurant every time, so call or email Pastor Dwaine Richards for more details.

Sunday School
Each Sunday at 9:45 a.m., join with other students your own age and experience solid, Bible-based teaching that will help you build a firm foundation in your faith and grow stronger! Middle Schoolers meet in Room 211 (above the R.E. Book Youth Center) and High School students meet in Room 208.

Summer & Winter Camps
There are both week-long Summer and weekend Winter Camps available for Middle School, High School, and Young Adults. Camps are a great time to get away from it all and focus on worshiping God and growing in the Lord!

Speed-the-Light
We believe in world missions and Speed-the-Light is the avenue through which we help! You can participate in fund-raisers and help give money to purchase transportation and technical equipment for missionaries across the globe. Since 1976, Powerhouse Youth Ministries has given over $850,000 which has helped bring the Gospel of Jesus to literally millions of people around the world!
