Reaching around the globe in evangelism, teaching, preaching and discipling is the heartbeat of First Assembly of God. The greatest desire of this family is to facilitate this goal through prayer, financial support, and by going.

Every department of First Assembly plays a vitally important role in spreading the Gospel through world missions. Beginning in the earliest years of life, children contribute to BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Crusade) providing funds for the printing of materials in foreign lands.

Our youth purchase vehicles and technical equipment for missions through Speed-the-Light. This generous enthusiasm for giving has caused us to receive several honors for first place in the nation for STL giving. Men make possible the printing of evangelism materials around the world through Light for the Lost.

Our annual Missions Convention is a week dedicated to the focusing of all our energies on the "Great Commission." Missionary guests, and special services project this message to the church and community.

Becoming involved in the Harvest offers a special joy that can only be experienced by those who go into the mission field. First Family Builders travel to many different countries to construct church buildings where there is a need.

From early childhood through the mature years of life, the people of First Assembly joyously participate in fulfilling the "Great Commission" given by our Lord. That the world may know Jesus Christ as their Savior is the prayer of our hearts.
